Unlike a standard maintenance company we will provide a report focused solely on work that will improve the properties sale or rental value. We can also tailor a report to offer "must do's" and then add on options which may provide further value particularly in the case of long term rentals.

Here is a recent example: A wall at one property had a damp issue so the plaster had to come off the wall for the damp proofing company. In this case we suggested the must do option was to re plaster and redecorate the wall. However, as the property was a long term rental we offered the possibility of building a new internal stud wall with vapour barrier and insulation and then plastering and decorating to improve the EPC rating. The latter option was chosen as it makes sense long term. However we wouldn't recommend doing this for a sales property as it wouldn't affect the sales price.
